The Justice Department is considering letting the FBI investigate Americans without any evidence of wrongdoing, relying instead on a terrorist profile that could single out Muslims, Arabs or other racial and ethnic groups. So as long as you are white and don’t work at 7/11, you should be okay! In all seriousness, this is a necessary tool. We can’t keep handicapping those in charge of protecting us!
